Shopbop’s bi-annual buy more save more sale is in full swing (up to 25% off w/ code SPRING including many designer brands), and this time I’ve whittled down my picks to a few pieces I have really been loving (some over several years)! This list is shoe heavy, but Shopbop has free shipping to many international countries and free US returns to make online shoe shopping quite convenient, plus they also carry down to a size 4.
1. Wayf Lace Top
This top comes in 2 variations, and is surprisingly versatile for wearing tucked into high waisted jeans, pants, or an A-line, pleated, or pencil skirt. If you’re a little taller than me, I absolutely love the design of this Emma puff sleeve top with the gathered neckline and strong shoulders. On my 5′ tall frame, though, I thought the shoulders puffed a bit too much and would look more balanced on someone taller. A simpler variation is the Berklin lace top which I’m wearing here.
These semi sheer tops come with a beige camisole underneath, and a little snap button closure at each shoulder to keep the strap of the cami from sliding around. You can easily switch out the under cami for a different look – i.e. wear a black bralette or cami under the black lace top for more subtle contrast. Fit is fairly slim with no stretch to the lace nor the cami. J.Crew also makes a pretty mockneck floral lace top in several colors, on extra sale right now!
2. Schutz minimalist sandals (4 colors)
At the top of my wishlist this year was a pair of high quality barely there sandals with a more on trend square toe, since my collection of sandals are almost all almond toe. These are JUST what I’ve been hoping for, and Schutz also makes several similar styles with different heel heights. The straps on this particular style work great across narrower feet (I’d suggest maybe half size up if you don’t have narrow feet), and have been comfortable the few times I’ve worn them.
3. Castaner Wedges
Hands-down my favorite espadrille maker. Their shoes are comfortable, flattering, good quality – and the brand has been making them in Spain for a few hundred years. I would start with a lower wedge option for prolonged comfort (i.e. the lower Carina feels like a low 2″ wedge if you factor in the platform), but my favorites are my Joyce espadrilles which are a little higher with a more almond toe. See the Carina on me here, and the Joyce on me here – I got both at full price so any discount is great!
4.Stuart Weitzman Boots
An obligatory mention of my favorite high quality boots that fit narrow calves for 25% off. Filter at the top by your size (I’m a size 5 in SW boots). I own the Lowland (stretch suede flat boot; see on me), Tieland (stretch suede block heel boot; see on me), and an older variation of the 50/50 (half leather, half stretch fabric boot) and they each have their own appeal!
The Lowland is best for walking everywhere, I love the Tieland since it gives petite ladies a little extra height yet the block heel is comfortable, and the 50/50 and Reserve style boots are a little less snug throughout with a 1″ lower shaft height compared to the stretch suede boots.
5.Sam Edelman Shoes (starts in sz 4)
I have quite the variety of practical, durable Sam Edelman shoes in my collection that are commuted or traveled in on regular rotation. The Linnie flat mules below and Loraine loafers are popular, more budget-friendly alternative to Gucci shoes, and the Tinsley boots (runs a little narrow but TTS size wise) are my #1 most worn weather boot for damp weather year round. See them on me here and countless other posts!
6. Veja sneakers
Rarely if ever included in sales! There are a few specific style exclusions (look for styles marked “SPRING,” which qualify for the promo) but some of their core styles like the Esplar and V-12 are included. As mentioned in my recent post, Vejas can be notorious for their stiff tongue so be sure to check my Instagram story highlights titled Veja tips for break-in and sizing info.
