Happy Thanksgiving, friends! I hope you’re having a wonderful day wherever you might be spending it. This has always been my favorite holiday, since it’s the one time each year I get to see my parents and both my brothers together! Nori just adores her uncles, and it warms my heart seeing how they are with her. I’ll have a big Black Friday post up tomorrow with the best sales and try-on photos, but I wanted to share a preview with some deals that should not be missed!

1. Ann Taylor

I have Ann Taylor on this short list specifically for this new arrival cream coat, available in petite sizing (online exclusive). This coat is soft and feminine and the clean cut and color just looks more high end. I’m certain it will sell out shortly in small sizes!

The jewel neckline is perfect for wearing with scarves without the bulk of a collar underneath. Add a casual plaid scarf or glam it up with a faux fur one. Another little piece I’m loving from AT is this velvet knot headband – the black color doesn’t stand out too much against darker hair so it’s a great “intro” headband if you aren’t used to wearing and styling them!

This promo is extremely rare and good for them – I literally did a double take! Their shoes are handmade in Italy in limited quantities and almost never go on sale. Their packaging is also gorgeous for gifting. Be sure to check my M.Gemi reviews for info on my favorite styles – I wear my Felize and Pastoso loafers a ton and always get questions and compliments on them! My friends also love the Stellato which is a more structured flat that’s easily dressed up or down.

Express has been killing it lately with both dressy pieces and the comfiest loungewear. I’ll have more fit reviews tomorrow, but wanted to point out a few pieces that might go quickly!

– Velvet dress in pine green or black – I showed a preview of this simple but elegant (yet sexy, thanks to the slit) dress on IG stories yesterday and got so many questions! Fit is TTS with stretch, and I think this looks best snug and fitted.
– Chenille leggings – My oh my are these soft and cozy! I’m lounging in these now as I type. The cut on these is a little looser than leggings (I took xxs petite), more like a cross between leggings and jogger pants. Add a pair of cozy socks while you’re at it!
– Fleece lined tights – a MUST for dress or skirt-wearers in long, cold winters. These are opaque and smooth on the outside, soft, warm and fleecy on the inside. S/M is slightly long on me but you can easily pull them up a bit around the thigh area and no one will know.
