Happy weekend, friends! It’s hard to believe the end of the school year is around the corner – I’m definitely not ready and have my hat off to parents who have summer camp & vacation schedules lined up months in advance!
I wanted to share a few sales I’m shopping this weekend and some recent buys included in the deals. First up is this chic BR Factory find that checks many boxes for being practical, forgiving, multi-purpose and easy to maintain (I machine wash + air dry)! And happens to be bump & nursing-friendly. - Linen vest – This fits a little big on me but is so cute, I wanted to share for others. I love the more feminine scoop neckline. Wear with denim or coordinating linen shorts.
- Long sleeve maxi cover up – Wore this all week on vaca for a little extra coverage from the sun, and also belted as a cover up dress (see here). This is a semi-sheer looser fit long shirt, and does not have any waist definition to it.
- This swimsuit remains my most comfortable and flattering bottoms for a non-flat tummy. I love the fuller coverage and can freely move around and play with the kids in this suit.
Madewell

- Perfect vintage jeans in “vintage canvas” – My favorite wide crop jeans in a beautiful neutral ecru are on sale! Just got mine in and it fits just like my Altoona wash pair, except these have a little stretch and are so comfortable. With frayed edges I always apply some anti-fray to the hem (some have also suggested using clear nail polish in a pinch)

- High rise undies. Although these were not the winners of my underwear post many years ago, I’ve re-discovered these after having Rio and have repurchased many times! Compared to one-size Chantelles, these in xxs are fitted on me with a light, comfy level of shaping at the tummy.
- Great basic cotton looser cut tees in a petite-friendly length. I size up to XS.
Gap

This dress has been a runway EP reader favorite! The gauzy 100% cotton fabric feels nice quality, soft and comfy, and the same material is available in many other pieces like a little girls set for family matching. The only downside is Gap sizing starts in XS petite and up, so smaller framed ladies will find their womens items to fit big.

Hi Jean, thanks for the post. Been an avoid reader of your blog for years. I noticed you mentioned the Gap gauze dress is a reader favorite and for good reason! I think many of us, especially as we get older, tend to feel very nice in stylish but modest pieces with short/long sleeves and that’s why the Gap dress is so popular with your readers!
