ReplyDeleteThank you - it is actually just a basic striped tank top from H&M kids basics.
Deletewhooo girl, look at you showing us that burgundy pump. bendy!
ReplyDeleteI love your hermes belts. you are my favorite blogger. Please alert if you see a similar cognac cluch that can be used as a crossbody bag like yours. This is a great video
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit suggestions! Great video too :)
ReplyDeleteGlad the videos are back! :) Those dotted/animal print pumps are great! Loving your peplum attachment suggestions :p SPG did a great job with that skirt!
ReplyDeleteI love the background image at the start and end of your video!!

Great video, and I do love that white dress x

I am so very honored to have my skirt in your video! That pilgrim collar? Total DO! The peplum can also be worn as an in-your-face sash (which is what my toddler was prancing around with the other day, LOL).
ReplyDeleteLoved your pairings for everything, but especially the preppy look! What kind of watch are you wearing? I think my next DIY will be a slim, white dress :)
Michael Kors jet set tortoiseshell watch : )
DeleteThanks for posting another video! Very stylish and well filmed.
ReplyDeleteAlso I'm a bit late on this, but your earlier post from when you bought the white dress was very helpful. I didn't notice the things you mentioned about the fit (off the rack) until you pointed it out. I find myself examining clothes a little more closely before I purchase them since I started reading your blog!
Great video, you've done a lovely job!

Great job styling! Love SPG's map skirt!
ReplyDeleteThe white goes so well with those belts. Do you have any more price-friendly options for the belt instead of Hermes?
ReplyDeletejs-go.blogspot.com
H&M always has some options - my second most favorite belt is a brown faux-leather with gold buckle belt that I wear in many posts. It comes with a $35 sleeveless shirtdress, which is back in stock again in stores.
DeleteCute video! :D

I've just recently found your blog and have learned so much already. Thanks for sharing your style and expertise! Love the video, please keep doing them.
ReplyDeleteAhhh SPG's skirt looks fantastic on you Jean!
ReplyDeleteJean, It's obvious that you're becoming more comfortable in front of the camera! Great video. I especially love the white dress and how you accessorized it.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a fabulous job with this video. I do the same thing when I'm trying to coordinate new prints (hold the garment up to my wardrobe). Also, you are extremely articulate, which made this video very easy on the ears. :) keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteHello!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog!!!
I just found it!
I made a blog a couple of months ago too.
I would really appreciate if you could check it out and follow if you like it!
Thank you!!!

ReplyDeleteLove the outfits! Especially the one with the Peplum Skirt! I'm also on the petite side as well, but can never find any Peplum Skirts that can fit.
ReplyDeleteI have just recently joined the petite blogger community ~ www.perfectinpurple.com.
Would appreciate if you could include a tutorial on tie & tuck in your blouse over a dress as shown in http://www.extrapetite.com/2012/06/signature-style-classic-tweed-pencil.html & http://www.extrapetite.com/2011/12/h-spring-review-emerald-green-pencil.html.
ReplyDeleteFastFoodandFastFashion did a quick tutorial on the tucking. I only did the last step slightly different and will try to show it some time in the future : )
Deletelove this video Jean, and always appreciate your blog posts.
ReplyDelete"channel the pilgrim look" - that made me rofl.
Happy 4th of July!
your personality reminds me so much of wendyslookbook! you two must be friends!
ReplyDeleteHi Jean, did you get a haircut? (: And your video was so informational and great as always!!
ReplyDeleteThank you - yes I did, it was just getting too raggedy and long.
DeleteWonderful video, Jean! I love how professional and pretty your pieces are!
ReplyDeleteGreat video! I'm not trying to be mean, but where you're pointing to at 5:28 is really awkward. You could've point to another wine color on the map. Please don't be discouraged, I really love and miss your videos.
ReplyDeleteWhat size is your BR dress? Is it petite?
ReplyDeleteI got 00 Petite and did some alterations which I will share in a bit.
Deletegreat video. it's very informative. you look nice in the br dress. :D
ReplyDeleteHi Jean, I really love your style. Do you mind if I ask how much is the Hermes belt and what is its width?
ReplyDeleteHi Megan - the width is about 1" (it's the more narrow option out of their options..sometimes called the mini). I got it as a gift, but the ones I was watching and bidding on before that went for about $300-$400 pre-owned.
Deletei'm not familiar with your other videos but i thought that was great! a little preppier than my style but love all the classic looks. i def agree finding your waist is key! :) going to have to work on my tan and pull out my summer whites!
ReplyDeletefor some reason my comments aren't posting - so here's a repeat! i love your video series and am so happy to see it's up again! you have such a wonderful style and the way you elevate an outfit with a few accessories is just amazing! SPG's skirt looks fabulous on you! xox P
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place to film in! It actually looks like you're standing in front of a green screen.. Great job on the video and pairings!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.xjole.com
yeeh, you started posting on yt again!! love your blogs and vids :)
ReplyDeletei like how you included styles for work and for the weekends.
ReplyDeleteI love the video! Some of my favorite summer pieces are silk dresses (I have so many, and they're good for both in an out of the office), white eyelet shorts, and sandals.
ReplyDeleteI just watched the video. It was very clear and informative.
ReplyDeleteI love how clean and crisp that white dress looks. & that world map skirt is so cool. I knew SewPetiteGal was talented, but I had no idea just how talented.
Anyways, great job on the video! I enjoyed it a lot!
