One of my favorite (and easiest!) types of pairings is clean and minimalistic lines with a punch of fresh color. This look was inspired by Olivia Pope with her sharp trousers and seemingly never-ending repository of Prada bags. For a more formal setting, you can top it off with a neutral navy or camel brown blazer.
I post about luxury bags a lot on here and often mention that I don’t mind buying pre-owned when possible. I usually only pay full price when I can’t find an exact color or material combo that I’m looking for (as in the case of my Celine nano, which I’ll do a review on soon!), but will always browse pre-owned options before doing so. Unfortunately there are a lot of counterfeit goods online so I caution readers to please do your research and purchase only from reputable sources. Rebag is a NYC-based seller of preowned, authenticated luxury handbags that I first learned about through my friend Wendy, and have since done a lot of my own research on. Before partnering with this brand, I’ve personally ordered and returned items with them, and found the customer service to be speedy and the bags to be both authentic and in good condition.
From my own orders I noted each bag comes with a certificate of authenticity from a 3rd party, and returns are accepted following their posted policy – please note shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer, so I’d suggest carefully zooming in on each bag and checking the measurements to make sure it’s what you want before ordering (I like the black shoe they always use as a size reference!).
From my research, I’ve found their pre-owned prices to be very fair, especially compared to some sites which often list pre-owned bags for almost more than current retail. Rebag has new arrivals each Thursday and the popular styles go quick, so I like checking in early Thurs. mornings to see if anything on my wishlist has come in. I have seen lots of classics come through like Chanel flaps, YSL clutches, Celine bags of all sizes, Goyard, and numerous options from the Prada tote lines that I love.
Thank you to Rebag for partnering on this post!
Where can i find those pants!!? :O gourge!
Do you have any recommendations for reputable site for pre-owned watches?
Thanks for the link. I live in Japan and one of the things I love about it are the number of stores that sell pre-owned bags. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find something similar when I returned home, so this will be fun to browse through.
I've been pretty interested in the Japanese site buyma (which now has an English site!) for ordering new bags from overseas.
I love your style but this one is not my favorite. Great colors but the bag is wearing you. It's too big for your petite figure.
i love your pants
Would you recommend http://www.vestiairecollective.com/ to buy pre owned bags??? Trendlee doesn't have the mulberry I am looking for yet
So classy! Loved this look♥

Hi Cindy – shrinking in the dryer usually only works if the item is mostly cotton and the fabric has not been pre-shrunk. It will usually not work for dressy fabric and could likely damage them, so I wouldn't suggest doing that unfortunately! I would take them to a tailor for a professional job.
Thanks! Check out Ann Taylor…I saw a few similar silhouettes but not sure about the fabrics.
Gorgeous bag!

I've considered shopping with Trendlee in the past–glad to see you have a positive review of them!

Love the pop of color! I love that you're okay with buying preowned handbags when possible since they can be expensive and preowned doesn't mean a decrease in quality. Thanks for sharing – saves us some research time 🙂

I love those pants. Following your recommendation, I got them from WHBM. Since they run out of petite 2 (2P), so I ordered 2R (regular). Rather than do alternation, can I put the pants into washer and dryer to shrink it? Your suggestion will be appreciated. Appreciate your help.
The color of that Prada is gorgeous!

Love the outfit! And I especially love those pants… I saw you recommended them a while ago and of course held off ordering until they were out of stock in my size. Any suggestions for a similar pair?
