Mid-week break: J.Crew extra 30% off sale plus 6% cashback

Take an extra 30% off J.Crew sale items with MUSTHAVE (ends 4/20), plus get an increased 6% now 3% cashback for J.Crew via ebates. There’s free shipping only for orders over $175 (or Crewcuts orders at any price) so combine purchases with friends to save, or order full-priced items to try on.

I’ve been buried by work & studying lately and have turned a blind eye to recent sales. However, some convincing texts from my shopping bees Kelly & Wendy led to me scooping up the following at decent prices (prices are post-30% off + 6% cash back):

Wool Café Capri in petite, reg, or tall – $32.90 from $128. Final sale. I know for sure these will be too big (and are unfortunately unlined), but my coworker wears them so beautifully. The color is striking in-person and is not something you can find at other retailers for better price nor fit. I think they’ll be worth some alterations.
Painter striped turtleneck (sold out) w/ un-foldable neck – $3.29 from $49.50. Final sale. This was a frivolous purchase. It was 94% off and in my size, so I got it for kicks.
Crewcuts apple bobbing Café Capri – $38.16 from $68. Not final sale. How darling is the fruit print? On a grownup, I’m thinking these can either be disastrously childish, or cute. Still pricey but I got it to try on for size.
Origami sheath dress in wool crepe – $98.70 from $198. Not final sale. Beautiful folding and silhouette, but low-expectations on fit/sizing. Trying on a 00P for free ship.

Other goodies worth checking out:
Natasha silk chiffon shell, in petite 00-12 and regular, $39.47 from $88. Several colors available.
Tissue turtleneck tees, left in XXS+ in several colors, $6.57 from $29.50.Mint & strawberry are pretty.
Crystal link bracelet in mint/gold or black – $9.86 from $42.
Tillary tote in canvas stripe – $65.14 from $228. See Elle’s video & blog review. I adore this bag (for work, beach, weekends) and was so close to pulling the trigger, but just don’t need a new tote.

Happy shopping! I’d love to hear what you’ve tried before & recommend, or ordered this time.

Good luck with the J Crew Origami dress! I excitedly ordered it ~2 years ago when it first debuted. Smallest size was a 0P then and it was just about 1 size too big all around. I would be excited about the 00P except, as we've discussed, at J Crew, this year's 00Ps are basically last year's 0Ps, so. Hoping to hear how it works out!

THey might have changed it…they tend to do that. When I ordered it was not, but you just have to be aware before checking out for the little red letters and ask online customer service if you want to be double sure.

I usually shop through ShopStyle or Ebates…both of those sites tend to list discount codes even if it's unpublished : ) They both have the SHOPNOW advertised for good through 4/13.

I bought 2 of the Cosabella Emilia thongs (I can never get enough of these at $10.50 each), the sale Tippi sweater in both Vibrant Flame and Citrus Lime (not final sale, $34.99), the full priced linen Tippi sweater in Dazzling Sun and the full priced schoolboy blazer in Navy. I'm not sure if I'll like the Tippi sweater but I saw it styled over a chambray buttondown with little navy shorts and tall wedges and I fell in love. I've always wondered how the petite schoolboy blazer fits so I added it to the cart for free shipping. It will probably go back and I'll wait for it to go on sale if I like it. I think the shimmer bow sweater is adorable, but unfortunately I'm not a xxs.

Quick tip – the discount also applies to J.Crew Factory. I got the pencil skirt in lightweight wool ($14 after discount) and the camp blouse in silk crepe de chine ($24.50 after discount!!!). Such great deals!

Thank you for this post! I got the same painter turtleneck (wanted it in black, but it was sold out, so I got orange), the petite double serge wool flair skirt, a honeycomb sweater, some other sweaters, some stuff for my mom, and a fabulous sequin tank… and totally qualified for free shipping. Oops. I wish the crewcuts leopard cardigan was discounted more!

your post inspired me to try the cafe capris too! i purchased them in yacht blue. normally i don't bother trying/purchasing pants from jcrew because the 00 is too big, but at that price, i figured i'd give the petite sizing a try. i hope they fit…keeping my fingers crossed.

Great picks, Jean! I'm especially interested to see how the apple pants and sheath dress turn out. During their last 30% off I ordered the 00/short pixie pants and 24 toothpick ankle pants to get free ship. Both were too big and long but I'm hoping a Crewcuts version of the pixie pants comes out. I like that they zip in the back and are thicker than ponte material.
