This was one of my favorite swimsuits that I packed – no sucking in after eating, no fretting over pokey “headlights,” and no fear of a bikini top or bottom getting whisked away by a strong wave. Do check out my previous review with measurements, since the torso of this might be long on some petite ladies (it also comes in a bikini version which might be easier to fit). I loved slipping on a skirt or sarong to create a quick resort-ready outfit. You can easily fake a “dress” look like I did here, by keeping the entire look monochromatic. FYI the slit on this skirt is pretty high, so I usually safety-pin it closed a few inches lower (see more maxi skirt pairing ideas in my vacation packing post)!
Unfortunately size XS in this swimsuit is hard to find in stock – I did see a few left in floral and white, so wanted to show you guys how the latter color looked on me! The white is a head-turner in my opinion, and I would’ve kept it over black if I didn’t already own another white suit. Which do you like better here?
I’m so glad we ended up staying in Hana in order to have more time to enjoy each one of our stops. This was part of Wai’anapanapa State Park, with sand black from volcanic lava. I’m working on a full post about our experience on the popular “road,” and Nick’s doing a fun one per your requests about taking photos together while traveling!
Here are some other gorgeous one-piece options and chic headscarves to recreate the look:
