Everyone has pieces that make them feel amazing, and for me, the little red dress rarely fails! Remaining sizes for this one are sparse now, but I wanted to talk a bit about the brand in general. Several times over the past year, a cute piece on someone would catch my eye and it’d turn out to be by Endless Rose. I’m sure you guys have seen this popular ruffled sleeve sweater just a few times around the blogosphere! Their styles are usually priced under $100 and very on-trend with feminine details. Another brand I love that’s similar in style and price point is J.O.A – I have my eye on several new arrivals (like this adorable striped dress) while dreaming of warmer weather!
Unfortunately for smaller-framed ladies, Endless Rose pieces usually come in just S/M/L sizing which isn’t ideal for me. Bloomingdales is the only store to carry XS, including my same dress in a fun striped pattern. This dress is made of a stretchy, heavier knit fabric (meant to be worn snugly), and a size S is roomy around the waist and hips for me. I loved it enough to keep anyways and potentially alter. An XS, however, should fit someone who is similarly sized perfectly.
With so much bold color here, I like to wear understated neutrals for shoes and makeup (have on one of my favorite creamy nude lipsticks in “Insatiable Ivory”). I received some fit questions on these Very Prive pumps and would say they run true to size for Christian Louboutin, which means small compared to most US brands and best suited for narrow feet.
I’m usually in-between half sizes and always go for the bigger size now with CL. The brand has never been known for comfort in my book, but they do make some gorgeous and incredibly leg-flattering nude pumps. The platform on this style helps a bit – but as with all heels this high, I wouldn’t recommend them for prolonged periods on your feet (for parties and weddings, I almost always have flats in my bag)!
