Earlier this season, I started working with Ann Taylor on a special project which I'm excited to finally share about! I was asked to curate limited edition gift boxes filled with my favorite accessories, which are sure to add a little more holiday style to either your own wardrobe, or that of a sister, mom, or friend.
I'm very much a see & touch person, so I made sure to try on each piece while curating the boxes. I wanted accessories that would be cohesive and versatile, for styling together as well as individually. We ended up with three box themes - Glam, Cozy, and Classic, with something to suit every style and occasion. Ann Taylor produced just a few of each box for the holidays - they are online exclusives and the boxes themselves are beautiful and weighty (also good for accessory storage!).
Faux fur stole in steelcut
For this post I wanted to show the Glam box, which includes some gorgeous, luxe pieces to help elevate any outfit. I have this faux fur stole in burgundy from last year and instantly fell in love with the gray. It's generous in size, plush, and feels higher end. Use it as a shoulder wrap around cocktail or formal attire for weddings and parties, or layer it over a winter blazer or coat. I know several of you picked up the belted wrap coat as well from my prior post, so wanted to show how the stole looks styled with it (see first photo).
Another element of the glam box is a 100% silk scarf, with a fun mix of classic leopard spots and splashes of color. There are so many styling possibilities with these ... here are two easy ideas for starters!
Rounding out this box is an elegant statement necklace (Ann Taylor makes some of the best ones in my collection). It has good weight to it without being too heavy, and I love the combination of soft blush pearls with the crystals and gold chain. I can't wait to wear it simply with a sweater and jeans and also with more formal dresses.
Thank you so much to those of you who already shared kind messages about the box launch! I'm beyond grateful for the chance to work with some of my favorite brands, thanks to the support of each and every one of you who read this blog. Let me know which of the three boxes is your favorite, and if you end up getting one for yourself or a special recipient, please be sure to send me a photo!
Thank you to Ann Taylor for partnering on this post.
