Burberry trench, H&M dress, Stuart Weitzman boots
Today's post is in partnership with Cuyana, a brand that I first learned about from readers and have admired for some time now! This San Francisco-based company is all about timeless wardrobe essentials, with the philosophy of choosing fewer, better things that you truly love. Their pieces are designed in SF then hand-crafted in several different countries using premium materials, but are still accessible in price since there's no middlemen.
Some of my favorite pieces from their collection include this monogram-able Small Carryall Tote that's petite-friendly in size, yet holds a substantial amount. This bag is made in Argentina using local leather, in five beautiful neutral colors. It has a sturdy main zipper, removable strap, and zippered pocket on the inside plus a slot compartment (bag is unlined). Please note that this leather tote is on the less-structured side with a pliable base and softer, slouchier look when not filled up.
Here's how the tote looks on me carried via the removable shoulder strap and also by hand. I have it packed to the brim here - it fits my laptop (my Macbook measures 12" length x 7.5" width) vertically, change of shoes, snacks, small makeup bag, scarf, and with room for more! When empty, the tote actually folds flat as well for easy packing while traveling.
Since holiday gifting is around the corner (crazy but true!), I wanted to share a few other items that make functional and classic gifts. Each of these can also be monogrammed (for a fee of $10), which I love on accessories for a personalized touch! These zippered travel cases come in a set of two, and you can see the smaller case in one of my older packing photos. These are structured, sturdily-made leather bags lined in a material that's easy to wipe clean, and look pretty displayed at home, too.
Wallets are some of my favorite accessories to gift. Cuyana makes several sizes and styles ranging from slim card holders, to zippered classics, to this roomy travel wallet / clutch. They are handmade in either Italy or the U.S. using Italian leather, in a host of colors and finishes. This travel wallet was designed to fit all cards, travel documents, and even cell phone, yet be structured and chic enough to work as a clutch handbag. The pebbled leather feels supple inside and out, and there are at least six compartments that I kept discovering to help keep organized!
If you own or would recommend any pieces from this brand, I'd love to hear about them! Thank you to Cuyana for partnering on this post.
